Sole IT resource for 3 affiliated manufacturing companies, supporting 100+ endpoints and 7 servers; report to the General Manager of Operations.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations for 3 affiliated companies as the sole IT resource, supporting 100+ endpoints and 7 servers; report to the General Manager of Operations.
• Built TLS-encrypted Syncthing replication for design and production files across branches, with supporting monitoring scripts and Telegram alerts.
• Traced recurring ERP stock discrepancies to an application fault through controlled testing. Ruled out network issues and documented findings used in management's decision to replace the ERP.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, alongside ERP application/database, Esko and production file servers.
• Maintain Cisco and MikroTik networks, inter-branch VPN connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi and CCTV recording synchronization across sites.
• Monitor servers, network devices and critical services with PRTG; investigate incidents involving infrastructure and production services.
• Perform backups, restores and scheduled recovery tests; maintain off-site object storage copies as part of the recovery process.
• Support Esko, RIP/plate-making and die-cut CAD/CAM applications, including installation, licensing, crash troubleshooting and connectivity to file servers and production equipment.
• Maintain asset and license records, technical documentation and SOPs; define procurement requirements and coordinate vendors and ISPs for local and remote sites.

Pursued small-business activities while developing networking, operating-system and troubleshooting skills through self-directed learning and hands-on practice.

Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Technician | Including Plant IT Support

Technical services to Krakatau POSCO blast furnace

One of two technicians per shift covering one blast furnace plant in a 24/7 production setting.

• Maintained blast furnace electrical and instrumentation systems as one of two technicians per shift, supporting 24/7 production and responding to equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshot machine PCs, operator workstations and HMI applications; supported hardware/OS recovery and escalated specialist issues to plant IT.
• Assisted Siemens PLC and Level 2 HMI troubleshooting, including parameter and script adjustments under supervision during on-the-job training.
• Performed preventive/predictive maintenance, instrument calibration and loop checks on field sensors, motors, MV/HV switchgear, UPS and standby generators.
• Supervised 2-5 outsourced maintenance workers and coordinated permits to work with plant staff; prepared SOPs, inspection records and shift handovers under formal change control.
